0. Definitions

  • “Service” means the sunni.ai website, applications, and related services we provide.
  • “User Content” means any content you submit to the Service (including prompts).
  • “Output” means content generated by the Service in response to your prompts.
  • “Tokens” are metered units of Service usage that represent the amount of processing performed when you submit content (such as prompts) and receive outputs. Tokens are typically consumed based on factors such as the length and complexity of your inputs and the length of the outputs generated. Tokens are an internal accounting unit used to measure and limit usage of the Service; they are not legal tender, do not constitute stored value, and have no cash value outside the Service.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material and notice is required by law, we will provide notice with the shortest notice period permitted. If notice is not required, changes are effective upon posting.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts, Registration, and Security

3.1 Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date. Identity is email-based.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 No Account Sharing

Accounts are for single-user use. You may not share an account or credentials with others. If we determine account sharing is occurring, we may suspend or terminate accounts.

4. Description of the Service

The Service provides monetized experiences including Guidance, Motivation, and Teaching. The Service is intended as an informational support, educational, and entertainment tool. We may add, remove, or modify features and content at any time.

4.1 AI-Generated Content Disclosure

The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language model (AI/LLM) technology to generate Outputs. All Outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. AI-generated content does not reflect the views or opinions of Sanad and should not be treated as authoritative. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any Output before relying on it.

5. Religious Guidance Disclaimer and Limits of Reliance

5.1 Not a Fatwa Service; Verify When Needed

The Service is not a substitute for a qualified scholar, imam, or other religious authority. Content and outputs may reflect general informational perspectives and may not account for differences of opinion across schools of thought or your local circumstances. For matters that are complex, disputed, high-stakes, or deeply personal, you should verify with qualified scholars and trusted authorities.

5.2 No Professional Advice; No Reliance for Material Decisions

The Service is not professional advice (including legal, medical, mental health, financial, or other professional services). Do not make material decisions solely based on outputs from the Service. For any material decision, you should seek appropriate professional advice.

5.3 Safety: No Self-Harm or Harm to Others

The Service is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, may harm yourself, or may harm others, seek immediate help from local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources. You agree not to use the Service to encourage or plan self-harm, violence, or wrongdoing.

6. Free Queries; Subscriptions; Tokens

6.1 Free Queries (Discretionary)

New email accounts may receive up to two (2) free queries, at our discretion. We may suspend or discontinue free queries at any time, including in cases of abuse.

6.2 Subscriptions

After free queries are used (or if free queries are suspended), continued use requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly recurring subscriptions and annual recurring subscriptions that renew until cancelled.

6.3 Tokens (Usage Units)

Tokens are metered units of Service usage used to measure and limit consumption of the Service and may be consumed based on the length/complexity of your inputs and the length of outputs. Tokens are an internal accounting unit, are not legal tender, do not constitute stored value, and have no cash value outside the Service.

6.4 Allotment Ceiling and Resets

Subscriptions include a monthly allotment of Tokens (a ceiling). The subscription allotment resets each billing period.

6.5 Additional Token Purchases

If you exceed your subscription ceiling, you may purchase additional Tokens. Purchased incremental Tokens roll over to the next period while you remain subscribed.

6.6 Cancellation and End-of-Period Access; Token Expiration

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, all remaining subscription-allotted Tokens and any purchased incremental Tokens may be used only until the end of the then-current paid billing period. Once that billing period ends, any unused Tokens expire and are no longer available, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.7 Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your payment method statement as “Sanad Advisory Solutions” and may reference “sunni.ai.”

6.8 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for partially used periods or unused Tokens, unless required by applicable law.

6.9 Taxes (Including EU/UK VAT)

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, we may calculate and collect taxes (including VAT in the EU/UK) at checkout.
